1. Warranty of Merchantability
All goods are of merchandisable condition and will serve their intended functions.

All prices listed on "Mad About Coach" are nett priced.
Price of items do not include shippping charges.
3. Delivery Mode
All products will be self-collected upon arrival in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) or products will be delivered using local post whereby postage borne by buyer unless otherwise stated. Cash Upon Delivery and Registered Articles Mail options are available upon customers' request and addition surcharge will be imposed. For personalized gifts, add 3 additional business days for processing. Please note that I will not be responsible for lost postage for normal mails as I am unable to guarantee the delivery by the post office. For registered/courier articles, I will not be responsible as I will be able to produce the receipt of delivery of items. However, for registered/courier I will assist to trace the article using the tracking no.
4. PaymentProcessing
All payments will be made in cash upon delivery or through Maybank transfer (A/c No : to be provided upon confirmation of order) and shall only in Malaysian Dollars. For pre-order items, a 50% deposit or full payment is required as all items are paid for upon confirmation of order.
I do not accept Visa, MasterCard, NETS & Corporate cheque payments.
5. Cancellation of Orders
I will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
I will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
6. Confirmation of Orders
I will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer through means of email within 24 hours upon successful submission of Mad About Coach's electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Please note once all goods that are delivered and accepted by the receiver are not entitled for any returns or exchanges for cash.
